Recruiting Manager: Accounting, Finance, Admin, & HR @ The Hollister Group

Our client, a consulting company, is seeking a passionate and motivated contract recruiter for a 2-month+ contract position. The ideal person for this role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. They must be a keen relationship builder with candidates and other employees and have the curiosity and resourcefulness to find the best matches for roles and effectively integrate them into the company. This role offers many opportunities for collaboration, a friendly team environment and a hybrid work schedule.

Compensation: $30-$35/hr

• Rate listed not guaranteed potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
  
  

Applicants must be able to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days per week onsite in Newton MA, to be eligible for this position. Note: looking for someone to work between 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment with solid behavioral type interviewing experience
• Develop and implement creative strategies to attract professionals at all levels
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and team goals
• Gauge recruiting progress by tracking and reporting on key recruiting metrics
• Handle candidate and manager follow up correspondence
• Assist with preparation for career fairs and recruitment events to build talent pipelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Effective communication and solid technical skills
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; consulting industry experience is a plus
• High-energy and passion
