Role Overview

The Direct Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting support through research-driven sourcing, strategic stakeholder engagement, and consultative delivery. Manage the entire candidate process: sourcing, briefing, shortlisting, feedback, interview prep, and offers. Come prepared with market insights, engage hiring managers proactively, and craft compelling narratives for outreach.

• Conduct market research and competitive mapping to support sourcing strategies.
• Engage hiring managers with insights, context, and sample profiles during intake meetings.
• Build compelling outreach narratives to attract talent.
• Execute tailored sourcing strategies across disciplines.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities with attention to detail and stakeholder partnership.
• Influence hiring decisions through recommendations and insights.
• Maintain accurate system data for reporting.
• Meet or exceed hiring targets and service expectations.
