Technical Recruiter

Location: Within 15 miles of Culver City, CA
Compensation: $50K-$60K DOE + Commission

Are you a driven recruiter with a sales mentality and a hunger to win? We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and help fuel growth by filling roles and bringing in new business. This is a full-desk role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and wants to build lasting client and candidate relationships.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and place top talent across IT, Engineering, and Professional verticals
• Manage the full desk: job order intake, sourcing, interviewing, closing, and client development
• Drive revenue growth by bringing in new job orders and delivering quality placements
• Partner with clients and candidates to ensure the right fit

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience within a staffing company
• Technical recruiting experience required (IT, Engineering, or Professional disciplines)
• Full desk recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in commission-based roles
• Must reside within 15 miles of Culver City, CA (non-negotiable)
• Strong sales mentality with positive, energetic, and hungry attitude
