Remote options on East Coast considered.

Base pay
$42.00/hr - $47.30/hr
Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other recruiters, hiring teams and business leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Identify and contact passive candidates
- Utilize the existing ATS and CRM systems as well as external databases
- Craft and send engaging and appealing recruiting communications to potential candidates
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Promote our employer brand
- Partner effectively with HR teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes
- Proficient in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems (Kenexa/Brass Ring or comparable ATS)
- Demonstrated experience in an OFCCP compliant environment
- Experience building recruiting plans
- Experience supporting end to end recruiting process
- Capable in adapting communication style to a myriad of client levels
- Notable experience and proven examples as a driver of diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
- Experience supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades
- Skilled at partnering with colleagues to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
