Are you a recruiter who can sell and deliver?

At The Phoenix Group, were expanding, and we want someone who thrives in temp/consulting placements, loves the thrill of new business, and knows how to close.

This is a full desk role: youll own client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and everything in between.

You Should Have:

• 2+ years in staffing with proven temp/consulting sales success
• Confidence pitching and closing new clients
• A sharp eye for top talent (and quick fill rates to match)
• Experience with ATS tools (Bullhorn = extra points)

Location

NYC - Midtown (Onsite)
