This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on high-volume hiring of skilled trade professionals. The ideal candidate is bilingual, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Irving, TX
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (overtime may be required based on hiring volume)
Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $26.00 $31.25 / hour

Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our clients growing team in Irving, TX. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on high-volume hiring of skilled trade professionals. The ideal candidate is bilingual, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews with skilled trade candidates
- Facilitate and lead in-person interviews, including administering trade-specific assessments
- Accurately evaluate and rank candidates based on qualifications and assessment performance
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and documentation throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding candidate progress and onboarding schedules
- Support additional recruiting needs as they expand into other field and management roles
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and communication systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in skilled trades or industrial settings
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring environments (e.g., staffing agencies, light industrial, construction)
