UDR Consulting, Inc - Junior Recruiter
UDR Consulting, Inc is seeking a Jr. Recruiter responsible for the identification, qualification, matching, and management of candidates. The Jr. Recruiter will support the Recruiting Team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates. Additionally, the candidate will help build strong, profitable relationships with candidates through exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.
We are a growing nationwide company with a focus on our employees and clients, holding numerous Department of Energy (DOE) and commercial contracts across the United States.

Job Duties:
- Understand technical jobs and requirements.
- Collaborate with other recruiters to fill the talent pool and place jobs.
- Update online job postings on various job boards.
- Review resumes daily, match candidates with roles, and search resume databases.
- Contact candidates via email using provided templates.
- Document candidate qualifications, salary expectations, and capabilities.
- Multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks accurately and promptly.
- Be independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Support onboarding and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Nuclear, DOE, or DOD industries.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience using ATS systems.
- Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet applications.
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.
- Positive team player, quick learner, detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and produce high-quality work under pressure.
- Commitment to growth with the company.
- Desire to perform well and take pride in responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Nuclear, DOE, or DOD sectors.
