Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, and interviews potential job candidates for open positions focused in the manufacturing, light technical, semiconductor, and engineering industries
• Processes multiple open job requisitions at a time
• Compiles written candidate profile to present to clients
• Coordinates with account manager and hiring manager to determine job requirements and best recruiting process for high-volume positions
• Extends verbal and written job offers, while coaching candidate through negotiation and acceptance
• Generates potential business leads
• Uses Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
• Develops and maintains network of both active and passive candidates
• Utilizes various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other web platforms
• This position is based in our Austin/Lakeway office

Job Qualifications & Skills

• 2-5 years of experience recruiting is preferred, but not required. Further preference to those with experience in a high-volume contract staffing environment focused on light technical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering roles
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a small team setting
• Speaks clearly, persuasively, and professionally. Comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Responds well to questions or objections
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to drive business
• Understanding of basic computer skills/programs (Microsoft Office)
• Supports organization's goals and values
