We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, this role requires a motivated individual with expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies. As part of the HR team, you will play an integral role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting or full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing strategies, including direct outreach and networking.
  • Strong ability to conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
