Title: Fulltime Internal Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity For A Large Organization in NYC - Role is Remote
Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite in NYC)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Compensation:
Pay Range: $70000K-$80000K
About the Role:
• We're looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with hospital or healthcare system experience to join our growing team.
• This is a full-time, primarily remote position, but candidates must be open to occasional onsite meetings in New York City.
• You'll be responsible for managing intake calls, partnering closely with hiring managers, and filling a range of clinical and non-clinical roles across the organization.
• A strong understanding of Epic-related positions and working within a VMS environment like Fieldglass is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Recruit for various healthcare roles across hospitals and clinical settings
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines within VMS platforms (Fieldglass or similar)
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure a seamless recruitment process
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a hospital, healthcare system, or healthcare staffing agency
• Strong familiarity with Epic roles and terminology
• Experience working in a VMS environment, preferably Fieldglass
• Comfortable owning requisitions and working directly with hiring managers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings at once
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Previous work within unionized healthcare environments is a plus
