Technical Recruiter - Full-Time, On-Site (NYC)
We're looking for a driven, high-output Technical Recruiter to help rapidly scale a small, high-performing engineering team. - Source, assess, and close top technical talent with urgency and precision.
- Build processes, pipelines, and recruiting infrastructure from scratch, suited for a high-intensity early-stage team.
- Help define what "bar-raising" talent looks like and maintain that standard as the team scales.
- 6+ years of experience hiring for GTM or Technical (or both) roles at a talent dense and fast growing companies
- Have recruiting experience for an early stage (Seed - Series B) startup. Could be either in house or agency open to both
- Have operated in a full cycle role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
- Understand how to partner with hiring managers and founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company
- Have recruiting experience for a high talent bar companies. Not just good talent but great/exceptional talent.
- Background from a strong academic institution preferred; technical degree is a plus.
- Willing to work long hours in-office (San Francisco), fully embedded with the team.
