Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Recruiter will source and oversee the recruiting and vetting process for all new support center candidates. You will be responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers on highly specialized positions and must demonstrate the ability to attract top-tier talent to the team while providing candidates with an exceptional experience.

What Youll Do
  • Proactively works directly with Hiring Managers to get a clear understanding of hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Establishes an extensive network and maintains a deep pipeline of potential candidates
  • Develops a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Partners with Talent Director and Hiring Managers on mapping role criteria, defining position description and establishes hiring timelines
  • Actively researches into company competitors and has a solid knowledge of market place
  • Conducts confidential interviews, follows-up on references and completes background checks
  • Identifies and sources high-potential talent in a competitive marketplace through a variety of channels
  • Presents shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers effectively, while managing a quality candidate experience
  • Manages full lifecycle hiring from start to finish
  • Offers guidance and facilitates the negotiation process to completion
  • Acts as a business partner building long-term relationships across business units and coaches Business Partners on best-in-class hiring practices
The Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for experience in high-growth environments and demonstrated experience recruiting for senior level roles
  • Proven track record of successful leadership hires and a deep network of senior level talent
  • Excellent knowledge of market status, trends and best practices
  • Demonstrates confidence and the ability to move candidates through the hiring pipeline efficiently
  • Track record of consistently reaching or exceeding hiring goals
  • Advanced skills in sourcing tools and methods
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mentality
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to overcome objections and handle challenges with a consistent and professional presence
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to maintain stationary position to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

  • All exempt and non-exempt employees are eligible for benefits.
