Update: 1 - 2 years minimum HR experience required and live within a 30 minute drive from Kennesaw, GA. Experience with HR compliance, creating an employee handbook, and onboarding employees is preferred.

Position Summary

As an HR Assistant to our clients (not our company), you will support daily human resources operations, help maintain employee records, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure HR compliance and administrative efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding packets
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and support onboarding processes
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Help ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
  • Assist with HR projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support preferred
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems), Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with onboarding employees through various platforms
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
