This role oversees the development and implementation of policies and practices that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace. The HR Manager partners closely with site leadership and corporate HR to deliver strategic guidance, ensure compliance, and champion employee engagement and development. **Key Responsibilities** • Partner with site leadership to drive HR strategy, provide guidance on employee relations, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. • Oversee all site HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, training, compensation, safety, and compliance. • Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, manage reporting requirements, and serve as the site’s Affirmative Action Officer. • Lead benefits administration, payroll processes, and leave/disability programs in partnership with corporate HR and third-party providers. • Manage and develop the site HR team, aligning with corporate HR on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** • 5+ years of progressive HR experience. • Strong knowledge of HR practices in a manufacturing or high-growth environment, with expertise in employee relations, talent retention, and organizational development. • Proven ability to lead change, influence others, and partner effectively with leaders at all levels. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). **Preferred:** • PHR or SPHR certification. • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Background in Health & Safety administration.***Salary range: $124,500.00 to $140,000.00.***Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
