We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our team in Warrington and help shape the employee experience across our organisation. About The Role

As a HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Support with a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Lead on HR projects that support strategic business goals and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Work closely with managers to develop and retain talent, fostering a positive and high-performing workforce.
  • Analyse HR data and trends to inform decisions and support continuous improvement.

Essential

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a HR advisor role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in the care sector or a similar setting.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using HR systems and reporting tools.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continual improvement.
