Ready to be the heartbeat of a busy HR team? We’re looking for an HR Administrator who’s organized, detail-driven, and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
From onboarding new starters to keeping our records in check and supporting employee engagement — you’ll be the go-to for all things admin in HR.

Responsibilities
- Provide strong administrative support to the HR Service Desk and wider HR team.
- Respond to queries raised by Elior colleagues via email and telephone, and escalate to an HR Advisor as appropriate.
- Complete reference requests inline with Company Policy.
- Support the onboarding process & reference checks.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the HR TUPE Coordinator.
- Maintain and manage the DBS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data, support managers with DBS compliance in line with safeguarding policy, and assist HR and the wider business with DBS processes, including reporting, record updates, and ensuring completion of required risk assessments.
- Support the HR Coordinator, Advisors, and HR Service Desk Team Leader, as well as the wider HR Team, in delivering cross-functional project work, and provide general administration support as required.
- Working pattern: Monday - Friday.
What you can bring
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using HR systems (desirable).
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
