Key Responsibilities
HR Functions
- Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, handling high-volume hiring needs efficiently.
- Administer payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation, adhering to federal and state regulations.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect current laws and best practices.
- Maintain HR records and employee data, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Lead employee training sessions and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Executive Administrative Support- Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and preparing reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Manage special projects and process improvements assigned by leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other executive support tasks.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience with a strong background in payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring and onboarding efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, government compliance, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience providing executive-level administrative support.
