Compensation: Up to $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite HR resource for employees and leadership
• Oversee employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and discipline
• Manage HRIS data accuracy across Workday, ADP, and UKG
• Partner with operations on safety, risk management, and workers’ comp
• Coordinate employee leaves (FMLA, disability, WC) with leave partners
• Lead onboarding and support hiring managers with recruitment efforts
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience OR HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years progressive HR experience
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday, ADP payroll, UKG preferred)
• Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and HR data management
• Experience supporting safety, risk management, and compliance initiatives
• Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and discretion
