Responsibilities

The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures.

40% travel between 3 manufacturing locations (Janesville, WI; Chippewa Falls, WI; and Moorhead, MN).

Responsible for a total of 80 employees across 3 plants. Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:

• Hourly talent acquisition
• Employee relations activities
• Retention analysis & action planning
• HR Administration for on and off boarding
• Oversee payroll
• Timekeeping
• Compliance
• Training
• Benefit and policy questions
• Administers companywide HR initiatives
• Drives recognition program initiatives
• Coach and influence leaders and associates
• Conducts employee investigations

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Education Level preferred: Associate or experience
Certifications Preferred
Years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred: 2 to 3
Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred: 1
Years of Employee Relations Experience: 1
Years of Employee Investigation Experience: 0
HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc.): 1
