Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and exit processes with professionalism and care.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and performance improvement plans.
  • Handle all aspects of payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
