Job Summary

The HR Associate serves as the principal consultant for an assigned client area supporting faculty, classified, exempt, and temporary employees in areas such as classification, compensation, employee relations, HR information systems, organizational structure, recruitment, performance management, training, contracts, rules, and policy guidance. The primary focus is recruitment, with additional responsibilities in performance management, training, and related HR functions.
