Responsibilities

  • Manage policy and procedure development company-wide
  • Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Work closely with the company's Executives on strategic HR initiatives
  • Actively involved in the recruiting, onboarding, and development of new hires
  • Drive compliance initiatives by maintaining up to date knowledge of relevant labor laws and legislation
  • Provide guidance, and when needed training, to department leads and Managers on any changing labor laws or company policies
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation plans and help to manage the employee benefit packages
  • Act as point person for special projects

Ideal candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • PHR/SPHR preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working in a HR leadership role
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Expert level knowledge on State and Federal labor laws and compliance
