Your Role:
Under the guidance of the Sr. Talent Business Partner, support business units with Performance Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, and build strategic partnerships using business acumen and talent expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Employee Experience programs such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, stay interviews, and action planning.
- Utilize data and analytics to improve employee feedback and development opportunities.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Support Talent Management processes including Performance Reviews, Merit Cycles, and Internal Mobility.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on labor laws and employee relations, conduct investigations, and facilitate off-boarding.
- Partner with business leaders to develop talent plans and influence organizational strategies using talent data analytics.
Required Tools & Skills:
- At least 1 year of progressive business experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous HR Generalist experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise judgment, and communicate effectively.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Tools:
- Experience with Workday.
