Join our dynamic hospitality group as an HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Engagement, where you’ll play a key role in building trust, strengthening culture, and supporting our people through fair, consistent, and thoughtful HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
- Lead and support employee relations investigations—including complaints, policy violations, and workplace concerns—ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to develop corrective action plans that align with company values and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular check-ins, surveys, and feedback sessions to identify engagement and employee relations trends.
- Collaborate with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) teams to foster a respectful, inclusive culture.
- Facilitate trainings and workshops on topics such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and respectful workplace practices.
- Support change management initiatives by keeping employees informed and engaged during organizational transitions.
- Organize recognition programs, cultural events, and team-building activities that celebrate employee achievements and strengthen connection.
- Track, analyze, and report on employee relations and engagement metrics, providing leadership with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee engagement, organizational development, or related areas.
Background in hospitality or service industries strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Creative and proactive problem-solver with strong project management skills.
Passion for fostering inclusive, positive, and high-performing work environments.
