Overview
HR Manager role at Alleima USA LLC in Clarks Summit, PA. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing the organization’s human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities and programs related to human resources are implemented in accordance with the organization’s human resource strategy
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making with leadership so the organization’s human resource strategy is aligned with other business strategies
- Represent the organization in interactions with external parties in order to protect the organization’s interests and reputation
- Direct human resource programs to ensure the organization’s current and future human resource requirements are met
- Liaise with area manager to develop and implement local human resources strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall human resources strategy
- Evaluate the organization’s future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the human resources strategy and adapt existing human resources program to meet these needs
- Complete, check, and process human resources related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines, so the human resources related matters are administered quickly and accurately
- Respond to enquiries and assist employees and managers to complete human resources related forms to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete
- Leadership in labor/management cooperation and negotiations
- Ensure Quality HRSC Delivery

About You
This position requires residence in or relocation to the Clarks Summit, PA area.
Experience: At least 5-8 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources.
