Responsibilities include:

1. Serving as the main contact for service-related inquiries from recruitment, managers, employees, and other HR team members.
2. Ensuring complete resolution of HR requests, including tracking and tracing.
3. Providing outstanding customer service by promptly resolving queries and issues, committed to delivering a high-end user experience.
4. Staying knowledgeable about business operations, structure, and key contacts to support during HR calendar events.
5. Monitoring the quality of transactional work produced by Hubs and key HR service metrics.
6. Offering proactive advisory services on HR processes for HR Business Partners and line managers.
7. Maintaining regular contact and reviews with HR teams, demonstrating support awareness, site-specific strategies, and challenges.
8. Collaborating on site-specific projects, maintaining knowledge of global and site-specific HR policies and procedures.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• HR Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (Workday) preferred.
• Previous experience in HR, with ticket management and employee relations preferred.
• Outstanding customer service orientation, strong follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn to improve processes.
• Ambitious individuals committed to impactful HR services.
