We currently have an opening for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator for the Orlando, FL facility.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the Human Resources Business Partner and will serve as an integral member of the Human Resources Team, assisting with the day-to-day administration at the plant. Responsibilities will include payroll, recruitment, employee relations, benefits and training.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll: oversee the ADP time capturing system, enter adjustments, generate weekly checks and applicable factory payroll reports.
  • Communicate with and respond to inquiries from current and new employees; escalate as needed.
  • Enter and maintain data of new hires and employees in the HRIS; ensure all required documents are received for personnel files and audit/maintain files as needed.
  • Handle pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • New hire orientation.
  • Assist in training programs (formatting presentations, sending invites, ordering food).
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage plant-level award programs.
  • Plan and implement employee events.
  • Keep abreast of all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations; ensure compliance with these requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of prior Human Resources experience preferred; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with an HRIS system.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written (email and document writing) and verbal form.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word; PowerPoint preferred).
  • Resourceful in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
