• 5-10 years' experience
• Has HR experience - HR background
• Projects :
  • Working on their culture initiative
  • Belonging initiative
  • Leadership development - building curriculum
  • EVP - marketing with an HR spin
  • If they have experience in renovation - renovating spaces within corporate facilities - least important
