Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for hourly, technical, and professional roles.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns promptly and confidentially.
- Maintain HRIS records, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and payroll support in coordination with Finance.
- Partner with Safety and Environmental teams to ensure OSHA and company policy compliance.
- Support performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company standards.
