​​​​​​​ JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking an HR professional with strong expertise in payroll processing to take on a dual role encompassing both HR management and payroll administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing core HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring seamless and accurate payroll processing.

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Oversee the timekeeping system and ensure employees accurately report hours worked.
  • Address any discrepancies and collaborate with supervisors to ensure proper tracking of employee hours.
  • Takes into account special topics in payroll accounting such as special payments, accounting of company pension plan processes, implementation of a wide range of benefits
  • Local benefits administration from enrolment over life cycle changes to deregistration
  • Close partnership with internal stakeholders like Finance, Operations, EHS etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of plant policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Promote a positive work environment by supporting employees in ONE Sudarshan culture initiatives.
  • Participates in local global and local projects with Sudarshan’s HR Team

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role and/or payroll processing in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • High affinity for numbers and work independently, structured and carefully.
  • Knowledge of labor, tax and social security law, benefits
