Overview
Responsibilities
- Initiate and submit employee transactional requests for customer groups including requisition requests, compensation requests, change of status forms, etc. to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition groups.
- Assist the HR team in achieving HR project milestones.
- Serve as a resource to HR functional areas throughout key events within the organization’s cyclical calendar.
- Support employees and leaders by providing resources and assistance when necessary.
- Assist employees with common questions such as payroll and benefits and direct employees to the correct functional HR team as needed.
- Assist in HR process and efficiency initiatives to ensure employees have access to applicable information and resources.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required OR years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience w/ degree OR 3 or more years of relevant experience w/o degree.
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, HCM experience preferred
