Responsibilities
- Serve as the DNRO personal representative for assigned staff working with a specific customer.
- Act as the link between forward assigned staff and NRO for outreach and coordination.
- Understand user needs and identify capability gaps.
- Provide situational awareness of user needs to NRO and IC.
- Educate users on NRO systems, capabilities, and strategies.
- Enable user influence on NRO decisions and support rapid response operations worldwide.
- Integrate IBS data with FBI systems and coordinate annual law enforcement and homeland security conferences.
- Incorporate NRO capabilities into FBI, ATF, and DOJ operations.
- Collaborate with FBI CI Division, Los Angeles Field Office, and NRO OS&CI.
- Provide specific training for OIO PR Unit and briefings to ATF senior management.
- Coordinate NRO training for ATF personnel and support USMS TOG and Aviation Section with data integration.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Broad understanding of NRO products and services.
- Ability to relate NRO mission to client requirements and build trust.
- Excellent communication skills to relate customer requirements and NRO capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Business analysis expertise and strong coordination skills.
- Robust problem-solving and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud computing technologies.
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Experience in government program management, readiness, control, and budgeting.
- Ability to develop engaging business plans and manage marketing campaigns.
- Support military experience (O-2, O-3, E-7, E-8) or 10+ years of related experience with a college degree.
