Job Description

Essential Duties and Functions
- Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, safety standards, FBI guidelines, industry standards, manufacturer’s instructions, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and technical data.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft, engines, propellers, systems, and mission equipment.
- Conduct various inspections including conditional, annual, phase, and special inspections as required.
- Experience with aircraft such as Gulfstream G550, Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Caravan 208, Cessna Stationair 206, Cessna Skylane 182, and Pilatus PC-12 NGX is highly desired.
- Support maintenance tasks including overhaul, battery maintenance, sheet metal work, welding, avionics, ground handling, fueling, de-icing, safety, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; technical school, military, or on-the-job training required.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate and Inspection Authorization (IA).
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience as a mechanic, recent within 12 months.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret DOJ Security Clearance.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with Cessna 182, 206, 208 aircraft maintenance.
- Knowledge of tools, safety procedures, FAA regulations, and record-keeping.
- Valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, and readiness for international travel with valid passport and vaccinations.
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in hangar or outdoor conditions with PPE.
Work Environment
Primarily inside hangars or outside in varying weather conditions, exposed to mechanical parts, fumes, noise, and hazards requiring PPE.
