Job Description

As a Cashier at Wingstop, you are responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and excellent customer service during the order-taking process, whether by phone or in person. You will need to be quick and efficient in communicating with team members in both the front of house and back of house to ensure guest satisfaction and timely order delivery.

Qualifications / Education / Experience

• Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
• Food Handler Certification is required
• Strong cash handling skills
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote Wingstop's culture, values, and mission
• Greet all guests in a friendly manner, whether by phone or in person
• Place orders, upsell, and maintain knowledge of menu and promotions
• Ensure all orders are accurate and presented well before delivery
• Process transactions accurately and balance the register at end of shift
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the workplace, including restrooms
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and promote safety
• Maintain professional appearance per company standards
• Handle guest complaints and escalate when necessary
• Ensure guests have a positive experience
