A Day in the Shack

  • As a Cashier/counter server at our location, you will take orders in-person and to-go, answer the phone, prep juice, and prepare and stock coffee/espresso. Maintain to-go sauces and keep the counter stocked.
  • You will often be our guests\' first point of contact as they enter the restaurant. You will communicate with guests in a friendly and sincere manner, both in person and by telephone.
  • You may guide guests on steps of service specific to our restaurant (e.g., how/where to pick up food, order drinks, find a table).
  • Your performance of responsibilities, especially in guest interactions, helps contribute to the overall flow of the restaurant and making guests feel welcome.

Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • No previous experience is required; on-the-job training is offered.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every guest need.
  • A food enthusiast who can describe our menu to guests.
  • A team player who is eager to grow and sets high standards for themselves.
