Responsibilities

• Customer service – Greet customers as they enter the location and assist them with locating products, answer questions, and resolve complaints as needed.
• Cash handling – Accept payments by cash, check, or credit/debit cards. Ensure accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift. Process returns or exchanges according to store policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 or older
• Check IDs to ensure safe and legal sales of age-restricted products
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
• Necessary mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
• Knowledgeable about the company's products and customer-related policies
