We are seeking an experienced Cashier/Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer's experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, recommend snacks/drinks, and maintain cleanliness and professionalism to encourage guest return. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate.

Responsibilities:

1. Take food and beverage orders from customers
2. Answer questions about the menu and preparation
3. Engage with kiosk/mall foot traffic, offering samples to entice customers
4. Check customer satisfaction during their purchase
5. Upsell additional food and beverage products
6. Greet customers with smiles and a pleasing personality
7. Perform cashier duties and other tasks as directed by your supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Previous cashier/server experience preferred
2. Friendly, outgoing personality
3. Excellent communication skills; Spanish speaking a plus
4. Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays/beverages, and lift at least 25 lbs
5. Knowledge of food safety guidelines
6. Efficient handling of high-volume shifts
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Competent with register and financial tasks if assigned
9. Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
10. Follow directions, be teachable, and willing to learn

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
