The successful Customer Service Crew Member is able to:
- Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
- Accurately accept guest orders and process payments.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
- Work effectively with Delivery Partners.
- Maintain cleanliness by completing tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member is able to:
- Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
- Prepare ingredients and menu items.
- Restock products and workstations.
- Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, and other kitchen tools.
- Maintain a clean work environment by performing tasks like wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old. No prior experience required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and training materials.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Positive and friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests.
