Job Description

Vail Corporation is looking to fill Janitor positions in Eagle County (Vail, Avon), Colorado. This is a temporary full-time peakload position with 19 openings, employment from November 15, 2025 to April 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in janitorial duties of resort facilities including cleaning of common areas and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
• Use disinfectant to clean sinks and toilets.
• Clean mirrors, windows, and walls.
• Restock facial tissue, toilet tissue, and paper towels in restrooms.
• Take out trash and recyclables.
• Clean associated facilities including outdoor trash retrieval.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Clean tables and communicate maintenance needs.
• Engage positively with guests and staff, exhibiting Vail Resorts' Core Values.

Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Terms & Conditions

Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.55, with overtime at $30.00 to $35.33. Work schedule varies, with at least 35 hours/week.

Transportation & Benefits

Employer reimburses transportation costs after 50% of the contract, with daily subsistence at $16.28 to $68.00. Tools and supplies are provided at no charge. Optional housing available at bi-weekly costs of $230-$430. Visa and related fees are reimbursed in the first week.
