Job Position Description

This role involves creating cleaner, healthier environments by performing cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture. Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, using PPE, security system management, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
• Experience in professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasked environment, be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

Constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs. are required. Ability to read instructions and differentiate cleaning products is necessary.
