Position Summary:
The Janitorial worker will be responsible for the cleanliness of the facility including, but no limited to bathrooms, front offices, carpeted areas, tiles areas and general workspaces.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean glass and entrances in the lobby area, corridors and waiting areas to the facility.
- Replenish cafeteria stock, clean and disinfect counter tops, sinks and appliances.
- Sweep and mop rooms, hallways, tile and cafeteria areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners when needed. Ensure they are cleaned properly from inside/out.
- Dust and polish office furniture and vacuum all carpeted areas and office space.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms throughout the facility and ensure they are disinfected daily plus replenish all restroom dispensers.
- Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors by using soapy water and sponges where needed.
- Strip, clean and wax floors throughout the complete factory.
- Run walk-behind cleaning machine and buffer machine throughout factory.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Manage time to complete all tasks daily.
- Work as a team member and remain flexible plus adapt to constant changes in the environment.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with individuals and groups.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Education, Experience and Training:
- Must be able to work with ITAR data without a license.
- Able to speak, write and communicate in the English language.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Organizational and time management skills and ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
- Able to climb ladder and use various tools.
- Remain active throughout shift meeting all tasks.
- Mus be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
