Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the offices, showrooms, customer amenity areas, employee break-rooms, and restrooms.
• Assist in sweeping and removing trash
• Maintain a neat and orderly janitor’s room
• Spot clean windows and doors
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Ability to keep the office clean and orderly
• Ability to interact with other employees and customers while remaining professional, polite, and courteous

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time

• Able to work flexible schedules and weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-screen background check and drug screen
