Job Purpose: Maintain the office building's cleanliness and order. Perform heavy cleaning duties, notify management of repairs, and perform minor maintenance. Reports to shift supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Clean floors, gather trash, service restrooms, clean furniture and fixtures, clean windows, dust surfaces, prepare cleaning solutions, polish floors, and drive cleaning vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures for chemicals and equipment, move heavy items, report repairs, remove snow, and requisition supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic repair knowledge or training with experienced custodians.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience.

Skills:

• Ability to read, analyze, write, follow orders, and communicate effectively.

Physical Demands:

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds, crouch, climb stairs, operate phones, work indoors, and communicate clearly. Must be in good health as certified by a physician.
