We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented FULL TIME JANITOR AND PART TIME JANITOR to join our team. Floor care experience is required. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial buildings. You'll work independently to ensure the facility remains neat, organized, and in top condition, providing a welcoming environment for all occupants.

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Pay: Up to $17 an hour

Schedule: 7pm start time

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, offices, and other building spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean carpets as necessary.
• Empty trash cans and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, walls, and furniture.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Ensure that all cleaning is performed in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Floor care experience is preferred but not required.
