Janitor - Night - PDX (Maintenance)

Cleaning

• Assure that all the following tasks are performed to meet janitorial industry standards: trashing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cart maintenance, restroom cleaning/showers, daily carpet spot cleaning, furniture, glass and outside cleaning

Tools/Equipment

• Assure all tools assigned are in good and safe operating order
• Maintain a safe and orderly storage system for tools and supplies
• Maintain a working knowledge of materials and equipment used by RR

Safety and Security

• Maintain assigned work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Assure that emergency procedures are followed (i.e. fire alarms, emergency evacuation)
• Maintain a working knowledge of fire prevention and reporting procedure

Benefits

• Employees must complete 1040 hours of work and maintain 120 hours a month to be benefits eligible
