Overview

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor/Maintenance person to join our team in keeping our condominium community clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience with janitorial duties, basic building maintenance, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas (elevators, hallways, restrooms, party-room, laundry rooms, etc.)
• Handle light repairs and general maintenance (changing light bulbs, minor plumbing, touch-up painting, etc.)
• Ensure trash and recycling areas are neat and properly serviced
• Assist with grounds upkeep (sweeping walkways, power washing, seasonal cleanup)
• Monitor and report any safety or maintenance concerns to management
• Support the property team with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial and/or light maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Friendly and professional demeanor with staff

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed
• Hourly wage: based on experience
• Benefits may include PTO and holidays
