Part-time Cleaner / Janitor role at RamClean Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services.

Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Shift

Days: Wednesdays and Fridays

Hours: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms
• Operate cleaning equipment such as Kaivac machines, carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers, etc.
• Dusting and cleaning with attention to detail
• Wiping down tables, desks, and counters
• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Mopping hard floors and bathrooms
• Emptying trash
• Monitor and stock janitorial supplies

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Additional information

Starting pay: $15 per hour. Increased pay rate is available if you are experienced in floor stripping/waxing or carpet cleaning. Increased pay rate is available for bilingual Spanish / English. Opportunities for advancement to Lead or Supervisor positions. EOE
