We’re looking for an elite Executive Assistant . This is a career-defining role for a top 1% performer who thrives in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do- Be The Right Hand – Manage and optimize calendar, inbox, and priorities so the organization runs at full speed.
- Handle High-Level Communications – Draft, edit, and manage confidential correspondence with senior executives, board members, and partners.
- Drive Projects & Follow-Through – Track key initiatives, ensure deadlines are met, and prepare briefing materials for meetings and negotiations.
- Act as a Strategic Gatekeeper – Anticipate issues, screen opportunities, and protect the CEO’s time with impeccable judgment.
- Streamline Operations – Create systems and processes that bring clarity and efficiency to a high-growth company.
- Manage Complex Logistics – Coordinate travel, events, and offsites without surprises.
- 5–10+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a high-growth, high-visibility environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities flawlessly.
- World-class written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting materials for senior audiences.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion; trusted with sensitive information.
- Bias toward action and anticipation — you see around corners and make things happen.
- Tech savvy with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, CRM, dashboards).
