The Executive Assistant works with the Executive Team and completes tasks as assigned providing high-level administrative support.


Essential Functions and Desired Outcomes

  • Provides confidential secretarial services to the Executive Team, including typing, editing, preparing correspondence and reports, etc.
  • Maintains and manages the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and prioritizing tasks. 
  • Coordinates travel plans, accommodations, and transportation. 
  • Sets up meeting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items. 
  • Drafts emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team. 
  • Processes and submits receipts and expense reports on behalf of the executive team.
  • Orders supplies, managing office logistics, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Maintains discretion with sensitive information.
  • Provides support on special projects as needed. 
  • Coordinates and maintains Board communications, committee records, and minutes of meetings.
  • Provide back up for other management staff and assist with projects and scheduling as directed.
