This role sits at the center of the enterprise, helping orchestrate leadership priorities, investor relations activities, and governance processes that power both near-term execution and long-term strategic growth. You’ll be the force that ensures priorities move forward with precision, coordinating Board and Committee meetings, supporting Investor Relations, managing executive schedules and travel, and driving cross-functional alignment. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, representing Ascent with professionalism, discretion, and a growth-minded attitude. Key Responsibilities Executive & Board Support Coordinate Management and Board/Committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and materials Manage executive schedules, travel, expense reports, and presentations Investor Relations Schedule investor and analyst meetings, respond to inbound requests Support earnings call prep, investor presentations, and quarterly reporting cycles Assist with logistics for investor events, conferences, and roadshows Office & Travel Management Oversee HQ operations, supplies, and vendor accounts Act as building liaison and EH&S/emergency preparedness contact Administer corporate travel programs (preferred hotels, car rental agreements) Events & Trade Shows Coordinate registrations, travel, and on-site logistics Manage shipping of displays, brochures, etc. Communications & Projects Manage corporate SWAG inventory and distribution Support HR/Marketing with new hire announcements and LinkedIn posts Provide project-based support for marketing and legal initiatives Key Stakeholders & Cross-Functional Partners Legal & Compliance Operations Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting executives in a corporate or fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills; proven ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly professional presence Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Docusign, and travel systems Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and operate with judgment Notary certification a plus Paralegal degree or certification (e.g., NALA CP, NFPA RP) preferred, to support legal and compliance activities Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industry Chemical Manufacturing Note: This description excludes non-essential boilerplate and extraneous postings to focus on the role, responsibilities, and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
